The process of ordering this merch:
- Buy your merch through this web storefront by [day&date]. In the early morning right after, we will forward all orders (types and amounts of items) received herein by then to the printing facility Groenewas, who will start producing our merchandise.
- About 2 weeks after that, your t-shirts, hoodies and tote bags will be ready to go!
- Based on which delivery option you chose, we will get in touch with you via the contact of your choice, which you can put in the note at the end of the order.
- a) Pickup in person in Nijmegen: We will get in touch with you to chat about the specifics via the contact (such as a WhatsApp number) you provide in the order note.
- b) Postal delivery: If you'd rather have your merch delivered to an address further from Nijmegen by a delivery service, you can select that option in the respective step of the order. In the note at the end, we would ask you to provide a contact to which we would send you a tikkie for the delivery fee. In case you cannot tikkie, you can note as such at the end of the order, and we will send you our IBAN to which we would ask you to transfer the delivery fee. Either way, after we have received the delivery fee amount, we will send your order off!

Privacy Information and Other Disclaimers, as pertaining to the Store:
All information that the buyers have input in the orders when purchasing through this webpage will be copied from the website manager (Jimdo) environment into a spreadsheet in AGREEn's records right before this storefront gets closed on [date]. Jimdo has the right to delete these data no later than a date which will in this case fall somewhere before 21st December 2025.
AGREEn will keep the aforementioned spreadsheet with all order details from the form securely stored for around 6 calendar months after all of the orders have been received by the buyers.
After the 6 months, all contact information or notes pertaining to the orders made through this storefront before 13th October, will be erased from the spreadsheet. For the long term, only the following will be kept record of about each order the types and amounts of items ordered, the total cost of an order and, if applicable, the delivery fee (which will have been manually and not in any way via this website nor order form). The keeping of these numbers is necessary due to AGREEn's legal obligation to keep its financial records.
No rights can be derived from this text; its primary purpose is informational.
