Even though AGREEn is an independent organisation, they do connect with a few like-minded organisations to broaden the network and horizon. Non of these organisations support AGREEn financially or the other way around.
Studenten voor Morgen
Studenten voor Morgen is the Dutch student network for sustainability. Studenten voor Morgen cooperates with member organisations in different student cities. In addition to informing and mobilizing students around sustainability, Studenten voor Morgen also focuses on universities and higher education institutions, reaching out to them to enable the sustainability dimension in both education and research, and stimulate sustainability in operations. AGREEn is a member organisation of Studenten voor Morgen since 2017.
RGO (Radboud Green Office)
the Radboud Green Office is a part of the Radboud University concerned with sustainability issues. students can come here to realise their green ideas, start green research and even get a 'sustainable' note on their diploma. they also collaborate with other green organisations, including AGREEn.
Radboud University
The Radboud University is a public university with a strong focus on research, located in Nijmegen. It was established on 17 October 1923 and is situated in the oldest city of the Netherlands. The RU has seven faculties and enrolls over 22,000 students. The university features many student associations which encourage participation in extracurricular activities. Every Monday, before the working nights, AGREEn'ers eat together at the Refter and use the facilities of the university for a location to work.
RadboudUMC
Radboud University Medical Center is the teaching hospital affiliated with the Radboud University in the city of Nijmegen. The medical center has about 1,000 beds, employs about 10,000 employees, and offers educational services to about 3,000 students. RadboudUMC works on sustainability issues in their hospital and has a sustainability coordinator named Guido van Gemert.
Green Cross Nederland
Green Cross is an international non-governmental organisation which is active worldwide to realize a resilient and sustainable future for the earth and all her inhabitants.
TAPP Coalition
True Animal Protein Price (TAPP) Coalition is a coalition of health, farmers and youth organizations, animal welfare and environmental organizations, social ventures and food companies working towards effective policy measures aimed to lower consumption of meat and dairy by introducing fair prices for meat and dairy products, including environmental and other cost. It was established in 2018 in the Netherlands and is a non-profit foundation since June 2019.
Klimaatcoalitie Nijmegen
After the successful Climate Alarm in March 2020, the organising individuals and organisations decided to create the Climate Coalition to stay connected for climate justice. AGREEn is one of these organisations. In November 2021, we have helped mobilize Nijmegenaren for the biggest climate march yet in Amsterdam. For the municipality elections beginning of 2022, there will also be actions to make sure that the municipality takes climate action as well.
